Terms and Conditions

2. Product Listings: Sellers are responsible for accurately listing their products, including descriptions, pricing, and images. Misleading or false information may result in account suspension.

3. Payments: Payments are processed weekly. Funds are held until the buyer confirms satisfaction with the purchase. If a buyer requests a return, SparkHue Mall will hold the payment until the product is returned and inspected.

4. Returns & Refunds: If a buyer is not satisfied with a purchase, they can request a return within 7 days. SparkHue Mall will facilitate the return process and refund the buyer once the product is returned.

5. Account Termination: Sellers who violate our terms or engage in fraudulent activities will have their accounts terminated. SparkHue Mall reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of severe violations.
