    1. Electronics:

      1. Returnable Items: Electronics can only be returned if they are damaged or broken upon delivery. The product must be opened and inspected in front of the delivery person. Once accepted, the product cannot be returned.

      2. Warranty: Electronics items such as laptops, mobiles, and watches are covered under the manufacturer's warranty and should be serviced at the respective service centers. TVs are only returnable if they are damaged or broken at the time of delivery. ACs, coolers, and similar products are non-returnable. Bulbs and similar products are returnable under warranty.

    2. Fashion:

      1. Returnable Items: Fashion items can only be returned if the color is different from what was ordered or if the product is damaged.

      2. Non-Returnable Items: Fashion items cannot be returned for reasons such as size or personal preference.
