Job Description: As a Delivery Management Coordinator at SparkHue Mall, you will ensure that our customers receive their orders on time and in excellent condition. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with delivery partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.

  • Track and monitor shipments to ensure they reach customers as scheduled.

  • Handle delivery-related queries and resolve any issues that arise.

  • Maintain records of deliveries and manage logistics documentation.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass education.

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure.

  • Basic knowledge of logistics and delivery management.

Training Period: 1 month (with the opportunity to become permanent).
