Job Description:

As a Customer Care Support representative at SparkHue Mall, you'll be the frontline ambassador of our brand, providing exceptional service to our valued customers. Your role will involve addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience for all. You’ll need to be patient, empathetic, and have excellent communication skills. This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys helping others and can handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, and chat.

  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally.

  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, and returns.

  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude in all customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12th pass education.

  • Strong communication skills in both Nepali and English.

  • Basic computer skills.

  • Ability to work 9 AM to 6 PM.

Training Period: 1 month (with the opportunity to become permanent).
